What’s New with 4C On-Line Applications As of January 14, 2011, Child Care Coordinating Council of Detroit/Wayne County, Inc (4C) is now a certified agency through the Michigan Department of Community Health. 4C staff can assist customers with the online application process and/or registration for MiChild, Healthy Kids, Plan First and MOMS. Fore more information regarding these programs and/or to register please contact Lisa Bates-Hicks at 313-259-4411 ext. 317 and/or Sharon Murphy at 313-259-4411 ext. 307. Training 4C now provides correspondence courses in the following areas: Administrative One and Two, Infant Toddler, Fundamentals and Inclusive.
