The mission of the Detroit/Wayne County 4C Training Institute is to educate, equip and empower individuals who work directly with children and youth to offer high quality care and education programs. Caregivers and teachers in regulated child care programs (centers, homes, and group homes), relative and aide caregivers, as well as potential caregivers can take 4C skills training at convenient times and at a variety of accessible community locations throughout Wayne County. 4C training supports the development and maintenance of quality care and developmentally appropriate programs for children. 4C’s Training Institute offers: Child Care Education, on-Site Consultation & Training, and Training Capacity Development Fund. The bottom line is that Detroit/Wayne County 4C pledges to furnish its customers with the superior training services.
